  • How do I request a catering quote for a company?

    It’s very easy. Get in touch with us via email at eventos@ultramarina.es or by calling us at 915 313 302. Let us know the date, time, location, number of people, and event requirements. With that information, we’ll provide you with a personalized quote that fits exactly what you need.

  • How far in advance should I confirm a service for an event?

    It might seem obvious, but… the sooner, the better. It’s important for us to know the date to ensure the availability of our services. Then, we’ll have time to finalize all the details.

  • Is there a minimum number of guests established?

    Catering travel is offered for 20 guests or more.

  • I have already arranged the space for my event, can I hire Ultramarina?

    Of course. Give us a call, and we’ll take care of managing everything necessary with the venue to ensure the event goes perfectly.

  • Do you have any exclusive venue space?

    Currently, we work at the Círculo de Bellas Artes, as well as the other spaces where we are approved: Madrid Convention Bureau, Real Casino de Madrid, Utopicus, Palacio Neptuno, and HUB 27, among others.

  • What does the budget include?

    The budget includes a breakdown of everything necessary to provide the catering, and if any external element and/or room is required, we will take care of making the arrangements to reserve it.

  • Could I modify the proposal I have received?

    You can always modify the received proposal, with a minimum established time, as we adapt 100% to the client’s needs.
